DEVOTIONAL 09/06/2018
Luke 8 17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither anything hid, that shall not be known and come across.
This verse was sent to me by a brother. And I am thankful that it was such reminder for daily walk with God.
Please allow me to write this devotional as personal account and self rebuke.
Whether we like it or not, our every move is recorded and it is seen by God, angels, evils and the world. Stop that camera we may scream to demand privacy, but it is like millions of camera capturing even our thoughts. The only way is to live in righteousness of Jesus Christ so that we have nothing to be ashamed of. Thiefs are not likely to steal when they know camera is around. Hence, this is good thing to know and appreciate that there will be nothing called secret.
The pain in hell fire is not only physical torment, but also mental aspects such as fear, loneliness, pity and shame.
This verse is for everyone, especially holiness preacher. God forbid if some holiness preacher falls into hell and his once hearers come across and laugh at him that he preaches to them and still goes to hell. How shameful! What a pity!
